LO: students acquire basic knowledge and
understanding of the methodology of performing
research work, acquisition of relevant bibliographic
sources, design, writing and presentation of professional or research work,
- student is able to define a professional problem,
knows how to design a strategy to obtain
appropriate solution, is able to individually evaluate
theoretical and practical aspects of solution, analyse
the obtained results and place them in the area of
expertise and the scope of related disciplines,
- student carries out a specific, more complex,
comprehensive professional task,
- the student prepares a professional or research
article which is the result of his/her own professional
or research work, uses appropriate approaches to
the solution, presents the work using appropriate
professional terminology and using appropriate
sources,
- the student reviews two articles according to
different criteria, presents the elements of the
reviewed article and states the decision on the
suitability of the article for publication,
- the student gains insight into the scope of
development, research, administrative and
professional work in the field of geodesy and
geoinformation in neighbouring countries and
elsewhere in the world
